These traditional Hatha Yoga classes are designed for the student who would like to reduce stress, improve flexibility, strength, and overall health. All poses can be modified to accommodate both Beginners and Advanced students. I provide special focus on alignment and strength and love to keep a fun and casual atmosphere to my classes. The poses are held in order to gain strength of both mind and body while linking the breath with the movement resulting in better posture and improved emotional health. Students should bring their own mat and water.
I believe that every body type, no matter what the current physical state, can benefit from yoga. Most people run through their lives as though in fast forward, never allowing themselves to be in the moment. Yoga gives you the opportunity to stop and listen to your body and your mind.
